Clothes that I actually like and want to wear!

I have a story very similar to yours. I have been on here for months, but not really been doing the correct things. However, somewhere around Valentine's Day, I joined a gym that I love. The scale is not showing big results, 8 lbs so far. However, I can see a noticeable difference in how my clothes fit. As for what I am…

I have to say, I never even thought of this offending anyone. I am Southern, and was raised to always say ma'am and sir. To me it is about respect. Even when I address my sons, or my nieces or nephews, if I ask them to do something it is, "Could you ______________, please ma'am." or "Could you ____________________, please…

I think age is just a number. As long as they are 18, it does not matter. When i was 21, I dated a 36 year old for quite a while. Now, my hubby is 2 years younger than me. It is not about a number, it is about who they are as a person and if they make you happy!

I have had guilt. But, I sometimes go in the morning, so as to least impact my time away since my kids are usually still sleeping. I also usually go on my lunch break at work, so that does not impact them at all. And, I have found that when I exercise I feel better, so I feel more like actually doing something with them…

Guilty as charged!

Were you always overweight? No, actually before I had kids, I had never been anywhere close to overweight. In fact, if anything I had trouble not dipping in to the underweight category. Or were you once a healthy weight? I was a healthy weight for most of my life. Did you "let yourself go"? In part. Or perhaps it was due…

This makes me want another sandwich! The best part was, I actually did get a little revenge. Before I left, one of the two told me that she wished that she could run on elliptical every day like I did. Guess what my reply was, cause you know I couldn't resist, I again looked at her smiled, and this time I said, "You should…

Lol, I have the exact same problem as you! I am terrified of shooting off the end of the stupid treadmill like a bouncy ball if I let go. Sorry, I can't help with advice, but sure hope someone else can! I switched to the elliptical instead of the treadmill, simply because I cannot physically shoot off the end of it : ).

My coffee, with creamer & splenda! Also, sweets. I don't go overboard, but if I really want something sweet, I have a small piece : ).

Love the look in your eyes!

One of them is in her early thirties, the other her early 40's.

This seriously made me Laugh my butt off! Because I actually considered doing just that, without the crossed eyes of course, because you know they could get stuck like that : ).

I keep popcorn, crackers, peanut butter, and some type of granola bar at my desk. I always bring in frozen fruit. And I drink water most of the day. When I need something else to drink it is coffee, with a little milk & splenda.

The thing that pissed me off most about it, my friend that made the first comment is BIGGER than me anyways!!!!! The catty witch that made the second comment is 1. about the size I am, and 2. tried my beloved elliptical for about 10 minutes, and said it was too hard! I do thirty minutes a day on that thing at a higher…
