It really took a conversation with my nephew for me to understand that my family just didn't recognize the fact that I was so overweight. My nephew looked me straight in the eye and said that he never thought I was bigger. I told him how much weight I have lost, and it meant nothing. I showed him a picture from this time…

I put them in my hair. Not joking. I bust the yolk, spread on my dry hair, wait about twenty minutes then jump in the shower and wash like normal. AMAZING!

I was planning on doing 85 squats today too! I'm glad I checked in early.

I just read an article in a fitness magazine that said to make sure you drink alot of water if you go over on fiber. Something about your organs needing the extra water in order for the fiber to do what it does. I know that's pretty vague but I'm sure you can look it up. I suffer from ADD when reading articles sometimes!

I did two sets of 15 on the chest press machine. That's going to have to count today.

When a woman is about to use a machine you just got up from, tell them you left the seat warm for them. Gets me every time.

I eat the plain Fage 0% and add fresh berries. It's my all time favorite yogurt. When I did eat the flavored ones, I didn't put all the fruit in it because I did think it was a tad too sweet.

My Daughter's birthday party is the 4th and I'm making three ice cream cakes. It will be sooo hard not to eat any of it. That's my only junk food weakness really.

Are you cutting out everything you love? If so, that's why you fall off the wagon after a few days. Work in some things you like and it won't be so bad. This is supposed to be something you are going to stick to for the rest of your life not just a "diet".

That's great that you were able to avoid temptation. I'm sorry that it took this difficult event for you to see just how strong you are.
