Well right now, there's a class action lawsuit in Canada about women who've had permanent injury from Mirena. Oh... & I had mine surgically removed less than a year after it was inserted because I was in so much pain every month when my cycle came that I had to be hospitalized. I think it bears more research.

I'm a runner, and I fund that if I lift my shoulders and run with an upright/straight posture that it stretches my abs and tightens them. I can really feel it the next day.

Really? I guess most of my friends take better care of their animals. My cousin keeps food out all the time for her 2 dogs, & both are considered UNDER weight. Probably because she runs with them every day? lol

Based on your height, 1200 calories may not be a deficit sufficient to cause weight loss. One of the reasons I don't have instagram or twitter is that I'm SICK of "unfollowing" idiots on Facebook who post stupid pictures of unicorns, cats playing pianos, or other idiocy. At least posting something positive isn't as irritating as pictures of rainbows and unicorns that tell you to hug trees or "Keep Calm"....

I also find that these things make women look MASSIVE... and are less flattering than jeans. I haven't changed jeans size in a while either. In fact, in 25lbs, I've only gone down ONE inch in the jeans size. But they fit better, they don't rub the wrong way... and my muffin top is smaller. It's different for everyone.…

I had the same problem when I first started running. There was NO way I could manage to run for any measureable amount of time because it was BORING AS HELL.... Then I got an iPod.... and uploaded a bunch of my CDs. I downloaded comedy tapes. Books on Tape. Sometimes that makes it easier.

Is it PAIN pain, or just "muscle soreness" that you get from working out? Muscle soreness goes away from stretching, activity... and is usually CAUSED by excercise... it's basically your muscle tearing a little, and using water to repair itself... it tenses up, and gets uncomfortable.
