I'm allergic too and I have the same problem. Hummus is my go to snack. I prefer to eat flavored hummus with Reduced Fat Wheat Thins. Wow, did we all have an awakening in April? I've been dieting since April 4th and lost, as of this morning, 23lbs with no exercise so far. I was only introduced to this site last week and am still learning too. Congrats on your weightloss so far and welcome!
