The Op's question was do bigger people lose weight faster. She did not mention easier. Easy is a relative term anyways. What may be easy for one is difficult for another. Generally a person who has more weight to lose will drop lbs faster but the rate slows down as they get closer to their goal.

What bothers me is people who lose weight for "themselves" and then expect everyone to congratulate them and give them compliments. You did it for you right not for everyone else.

Heel striking is bad running form anyways. It usually means your over striding. I have them. I use them all the time for running. You have to start out easy and slow your pace but once your muscles get used to running with em on. They are great.

Your goals are unrealistic and extremely unhealthy. Losing 2lbs a week is the most you should do which comes out to roughly 8lbs a month.
