hard as hoof. i'm a nail artist/nail polish addict, and this stuff works miracles. it's found at walmart for around 4 dollars. i've been using it since july of last year and have had maybe 2 broken nails TOPS since then. my nails don't bend/break/peel anymore. i strongly recommend getting some!

try jillian michaels 30 day shred. i've been hearing tons of good things about it! i've also seen lots of before and after pictures and people almost always look way more tightened up in their bodies. can't hurt to try, right? :)
