Hello! I just joined the group in the end of November, so I am excited to start a new challenge with you all! I am looking to do 80 miles in December, 20 miles a week, or between 2 and 3 miles a day! Some days will be 1 - some days will be 4!

I take ten minutes every morning to log everything I am going to eat that day. It took me a little longer at first to do, but now I know what is in my cupboards and fridge. Thank you for posting this! I LOVE frozen yogurt and think this just might be a great alternative to my horrible cravings. I just so happen to have some bananas in the kitchen I noticed that really need to be eaten. Even my husband is willing to try it! Thanks again! :love:
