  • Keep boiled eggs in the fridge, make and freeze protein pancakes then microwave them and eat them folded over on a few banana slices like a sandwich, a healthy toast with a tad bit of honey, make some egg muffins and keep in the fridge. They reheat really well.

I think some people have super efficient metabolisms and if they lower their calorie intake their body is quick to compensate and use less to function. That slows their weight loss.   • For one that extra 100 calories is already calculated into your daily calories burned and secondly I think most of us are creating a much larger deficit than that so even 100 calories over my goal would still leave me with a huge deficit.

  • A cup of coffee with 2 tbsp skim milk or unsweet almond milk and 2 packets of truvia. No real health benefits there but if you really just need something to make your stomach feel full in between meas it works great for me.
