WOW! FANTASTIC!!! Thank you!

ABSOLUTELY! I, too, have to get past that psychological hurdle...but I'm working on it. I was of the mind that less calories, more excercise...just how I remember dieting when I was younger. You put your body in starvation mode and it hangs on to every bit you eat. I have some friends on here that have really helped get me…

We are human, we all have 'those' days...try to focus on tomorrow and not what you did, but what you will do! Don't be too hard on yourself and keep on going! Good luck!!!

I think I pulled a muscle in my shoulder a couple months ago, my rom is very limited, can't do shoulder presses or anything requiring my arm to go up or back. What did you do to help/heal yours?
-
Absolutely! The postive attitude and encouragement we receive on here is incredible. I find FB a gossip hole and I don't really care what people are doing every minute of the day, whereas on here we can actually talk while bettering ourselves! What more can we ask for? Glad to see others feel the same!

There are alot of options, but I know where you are coming from......Try the Scarsdale Diet, it is a 14 day plan designed to lose about 15 lbs in 2 weeks. While I know it's not the long term solution, it sure works. Be careful in your excercise routine because of the lower calories and combined food groups. Wishing you the…

Hey There, I am 5'10 and currently between 163-165. I used to weigh about 150 and striving to get back to that. My body has changed since I work out, so we'll see what's realistic...and yes I like my curves so I can't really complain...rather be fit than skinny and remember muscle weighs more than fat.....thank god, lol!

Hi There, Welcome! I have been using this site for a long time and it's really the best! They have the most options for food (even Fast Food) and if you're feeling lazy and know the calories (so long as you're not tracking ingredients ie: protein etc) you can just add it in! I'm still on the wanting to lose the last 20…

 WOW! That really sucks. It's amazing how we don't really realize the amount of body parts we actually take for granted until we can't use them for a while! I am in Atlanta so I hear ya with the wholeare heat and humidity thing. You obviously can't do weights, but if you are going to the gym try the…

I always go with the machine, but sometimes I've noticed that it can be less on MFP vs. the machine. I notice too that when I work out at home my treadmill vs the one at the gym is says that I've burned more than the one at the gym says.. I think MFP is trying to make us feel better lol!

I really hope this helps....please read 'THE 4HR BODY' by Tim Feriss (not 100% on the spelling anymore). You don't need to read the whole book, but about the first 180pgs. You can decide what applies to you. He is incredible and you will learn volumes that will also answer all of your questions. Please let me know if you…
