I did 30DS and on Stage 2 of RI 30....today I added Level 1 of Shed n Shred to mix it up a bit. Holy COW! She is incredible..it mixes everything from weights, to kick boxing, yoga and cardio. love skydiving and bungee jumping...did the naked bungee on July 1st years ago in Nanaimo, BC. My 1st freefall was a 38 second delay and while still in the aircraft, my jumpmasters totally 'farted' in my face a second before the jump! Talk about wanting to jump after that! (Adreniline junkie!)

I once met a really great guy a few years ago in person....at that time unfortunately timing wasn't right....we kept in touch and found out a while ago that he's on here too. He looks amazing! This is so much better than FB, lol! I'm so happy for those of you who have met in person! That's awesome!

Truthfully, I don't know! BUT what has worked for me is spike/cheat days once or twice a week. Some agree and it works for them, others don't...it is up to you. This is right and then as you progress your weight gets heavier and reps get lower...also you will end up with 3 sets...just remember the opposite is true for the abs...the reps get higher, not lower. Good luck, I know I still have a hard time with getting it too!

SERIOUSLY? There is a difference...I have one day left of the Shred and while I did want to quit so often, I didn't and better off for it! PLEASE STAY WITH IT! I would trust the HRM, I have a Polar F7 and I live by it, even when doing weights. It is sooooooo much more accurate...but then that's just my opinion!

Definiately buy the actual book. I take mine to the gym with me, in case I have to flip to the pages for exact form etc or reminders.
