I love mine...but just so you know, they are NOT a Heart Rate Monitor. I have the FB ONE and have never had any problems. Their Customer Service Dept. is super. But as you already have read, tons of FB threads on here. Good luck in your decision!

Digital Scale to measure everything that goes into your mouth and if you can't find what you are looking for you can create your own Diary Entry to reflect the accurate measurements. If you use your phone to scan a food, it will also automatically record the amount/serving size. I hope that helps.

I'm currently doing a Nia Shanks program and her advice is never to lift more than 2 days straight. Today I know why, lol. On the flip side, I have some friends who go hard 5 days straight.
