werkit.com also has the spreadsheets. It asks you to type in the answer to a question from the book and then you have access to download and print all of the workouts. It makes such a big difference and is so much easier than the one in the book. Good luck.

The calculations you have from Scooby include your exercise cals....MFP doesn't...so you eat your exercise cals back with MFP's calculations! Hope this helps some!
