Never has there been a truer word spoken... However 4% and 8% are extremely low body fat percentages and I get the feeling that a majority of the people in this thread are here for a more moderate and realistic loss of weight in proportion to their current size. I think athletes hover between 6%-12% which is great! That…

Threads really don't come much better than this.

It's go, go and GO when I do it. Takes me just over 11-12 mins to complete because I add a few other exercises sometimes. So don't rest. When it's complete you can rest for the remaining 1429 minutes of the day.

Maybe it's just the 'Old you' still inside the back of your mind. When the new and confident you takes over, you'll be fine! good job anyway!!

If you enjoy doing it, then do it. See how you look after 2 weeks or so and if you're not happy then stop.

Above thread hasn't had a single post since last year. Party's over, kiddo.

I'd love to answer all of your questions, I pretty much did... Then I deleted it all when I read this... Do what you were doing and IGNORE everybody who speaks to you about it for the rest of your life. You are no more or no less likely to put weight on after you've lost it no matter what people say.

I did 'The Core Challenge' and was scared to cough or sneeze for 3 days because of the pain. As you get better at doing it, increase the minute planks to 90 seconds and press-ups by 5 or 10 reps depending on how brave you are. Good luck, guys.

Nope. You're gonna survive so don't sweat it and carry on as normal.

If only you knew what true starvation looked like... Drink some water or have a banana.
-
Just eat when you're hungry and listen to what you're body is telling you. If anyone below mentions starvation mode, ignore them. You're golden.

normal pasta in moderation is OK in my experience.

No - you're doing fine!

I don't understand that. Did you type it with your face?

Not a stalker? Keep telling yourself that, lady. And stay off my lawn at 3am or I'm calling the police... You can ask me ANYTHING about Intermittent Fasting, sister! Welcome to the greatest thread in the history of the universe! Which shockingly, is only going to get better! That's right you nay-sayers and other…

More comments are needed on this.... YO!!

If you weigh that often you won't see any progress. You'll only see weight fluctuations which will likely make you miserable and more likely make you quit altogether because the numbers your seeing aren't adding up. Lose the scale or you'll lose motivation. Trust me, I'm a doctor.

If you manage to successfully reach your goal, you get an A* in my book

... And I got pulled up about using CAPS LOCK.

Apologies if I offended. You'd be a fool to think that fast food and sweets weren't responsible for large portion of the planets obesity issues. That's all I was getting at.

Yes she is wrong but she meant well...

I do 16/8. I tried 5:2 this week but failed. Luckily I still did 16/8 at the same time so I had that to fall back on.

I'm nobody special in all honesty. I've no fancy background or PhD in any of this stuff and I don't think many people here have. I'm not forcing advice upon anybody and I'm not saying anybody has to even listen. Good luck with your weight loss goals.

Nope. You'll survive. I promise.

starvation mode lol. If you're eating, you're fine. You can't physically starve. Your body won't enter any kind of starvation mode until you've had prolonged time without food. I'm talking weeks. People these days skip a meal or haven't had their head in the fridge for over 3 hours and worry that they're starving. You're…
