If it makes you feel any better...someone brought homebaked cookies in today (which was very sweet of them) and I caved and tried one because they looked so yummy. They were dry as can be and I had to chug a gallon of water to re-hydrate my mouth! :drinker:

The HRM is definitely worth it if you do a lot of cardio...you don't need to be a runner. I have one that has GPS because I walk/run outside but my son and sister have one that doesn't have that feature and it's great for them. It really gives you a much more accurate calorie burn for tracking purposes considering the MFP…

When I got married my wedding rings were a 7 1/2. I lost approximately 150 pounds and they went down to a size 6 1/2. My fingers didn't change when I gained 50 of that back. Now...I'm down 115 from that point and had them resized to a size 5. They still kind of flip around my fingers sometimes but they aren't going to be…
