Quite honestly I was pissed off at people, in general, after reading the first 6 or 7... :explode:

You look incredible and there are a lot of things I would love to say about your family but I'd rather not get a strike on MFP. How DARE they say stuff like that to you? Absolutely ridiculous! You really look great. I guess everyone has an opinion but they talk about you with everyone including your SIL?! Ummmm NO! I'm a…

Too much thinking for me! My head hurts now! I bust my butt at the gym and eat right and it goes away...that's all I care about!
-
Maybe it's all he has? There's a guy at my gym that works out in jeans...doing the elliptical...and I've never seen him there in sweats or anything. Come to think of it...I don't think he wears tennis shoes or running shoes...I think he wears dock shoes or something casual like that. Now I'm going to have to look next time.

^^^ Totally this!

Me either! Hubby won't let me wear my HRM to figure it out! I also don't count housework. I really only count the workouts that I'm making a conscious effort to do.

What a great post! And I could've written this response myself! My hip never hurt but I was always always always the fat friend. In group pictures, I was generally twice the size of the next biggest person. My confidence pretty much sucked and I never went shopping with friends because we weren't shopping in the same…

I'm definitely interested!

It most certainly does. As with anything, what you eat is important...but...I started out walking around the block at work (and was winded). I think even with walking your pace makes a difference because you still have to get your HR up. :-)

What a great story! I'm sure it meant a lot to her!!!

I love that saying!!! Thank you!!!
-
Ahhhhh I so needed kittehs this morning!

Totally worthy! And stop busting on my fat-chick 5K post! LOL 92 pounds is incredible! Great job!!!

Mine will be a zoo for at least the first couple of months and at the same time...there will be a time limit for cardio equipment! I've tried and failed at the new year's resolution this. A couple of years ago...I started in September in the middle of the week and have never looked back! Don't wait...just do it!

Listen to the doctor. If the doctor says you can walk then do just that. If you over-exert then you risk making things worse and extending your recovery period. Just keep walking!

I think I notice lines on my face way more now but most people comment on how young I look. Are they just being nice? I have no idea. I went to see a plastic surgeon regarding skin removal and he told me that I do not have the face of a woman that used to weigh almost 400 pounds...so...I had to show him pictures. The rest…

Empty calories!

Congratulations!!!:drinker:

I weigh and measure darn near everything and have since I started in September, 2011. If I don't finish everything because I get full...it's ok...I still log it. Odds are I didn't skip enough to make a substantial difference. It keeps me aware of portions and makes me conscious of what I'm actually eating! As someone else…

You can definitely do this. It's not easy. It takes hard work and dedication and a little bit of OCD. I started out on MFP at 305 just over 2 years ago.

I'm lucky enough to have a husband who just appreciates his new wife! I've worked hard for this body (work in progress) and he loves it! After all of these years...I'm his arm candy!!! ;-)

You have done such an amazing job and are such an inspiration to me and many others. I am so thankful that I have you as a friend!!! <3

LOL I knew what you meant! I loved roller coasters since the day my mother dragged me on the Rebel Yell kicking and screaming telling me we were never going back to Kings Dominion if I didn't ride the ride at least once. I was hooked after that. NOT being able to ride them because of my size changed my summers for all of…

LOL Can you go give her a hug for me??? ;-)
-
Thanks so much! I think I'll always wonder if I should've said something but I don't know how I would've reacted if someone (other than my friend) had come up and said something to me.
-
Thanks! It's definitely something I don't want to go through again!
-
What she said...and...definitely still an hour glass! Be proud of those curves my friend!!!
-
That would be an awesome NSV! I'd love to have them one day but not sure because I do have large calves...and despite my weight loss...that's the one place I haven't lost a centimeter! LOL Great job!!!

I do a lot of my walking outside during the week (at lunchtime) and so I love my Garmin because of the GPS. I've had it for a year and a half now and have never had an issue with it!

Great job!
