I have experienced this as well, however, i have taken measures to ensure it doesn't happen during the run to some success. A lot of the problem comes from what you consume the day prior to the run, rather than during the day of the run. Try to limit your fibers the day prior and stick to carbs and lower protien. Do NOT…

Obviously not here in Montucky. The largest race I have been to is the Komen Race in Helena and there aren't 15k people there. I am running up there next weekend, however, doing the Wounded Warrior Run! Then the 30K Dont Fence Me In trail run in May.
