I rinse mine after each use and put it in the washing machine once a week. Seems fine.

WW is OK but is of course a business. They keep finessing their diet and as others have said "free" fruit can soon mount up. I prefer MFP.

Hi, I would definitely go for one with a chest strap - they are much more accurate. I have the Polar FT7 which, while being far from expensive, has the things I'm looking for.

It depends on the level of DOMS (delayed onset muscle soreness). If you feel it is muscle pain, then you can work through it. If it is tendon or joint pain then wait until it is better.
