  • Canned pumpkin in cake mix is a life saver, and really filling because of the fiber content! We use it all the time with Devil's Food cake (delicious if you don't mind them looking like something that...uh...has seen better days) and spice cake.
  • I weigh in every single morning currently. It's not obsessive for me and I would hardly consider it sick. It's really just preference. I enjoy getting up and going to see if I have lost anything. Too much distance from the scale is not good for me, and I need to be accountable. :)
