I made the switch from Sweet N Low (used it for 20 years) to Stevia this year. From everything I read, it is much safer than artificial sweetners as it is an herb. I like it alot.

Anytime Fitness in our area is not close to my home or work either, but I lucked out and found a locally owned gym that is open 24/7. And $20 a month! I love it!

You can totally do this! Make good food choices and start moving ... ALOT! lol It won't happen over night but every pound that comes off will be a victory and they will begin to add up and before you know it you be there! Good luck with your journey!

I hit a plateau every few weeks and it seems to last FOREVER. I hear different things; change it up, your diet and/or your exercise. Do something different than your body is used to. I started doing intervals of walking / running the first of April. Some days it hurt like a ***** ... but I look and feel so much better. I've lost lots of inches in my hips and I feel fantastic. I am 5'4" ... my start weight was 252. Currently at 181. My goal weight is 135 - 140. I would like to get to 126 just for a minute .. so I can say I lost half my weight. But I don't think that's a realistic weight to stay at by any means.

Hell yes! I have spent my entire adult life taking care of everyone else. It is my turn! Sunday / Tues / Thurs gym. Saturday / Wed / Sun am run. Monday is rest. I have become quite anal about it, lol. Getting it done!
