My latest gadget is a rubber type of broom. My hoover died, no cash to get a new one so got a rubber broom as got laminate/tiles all over the flat. 10 almonds (70 cal) soaked in water overnight and with the brown skin peeled off - lovely and crunchy and can chew on them for ages..

I watched the movie only AFTER I read the book. The movie was truly awful, book was great. Undomesticated Goddess (book) was brilliant too, hope they never make it into a movie ;) Yup, she writes completely different stuff under the other name...

Yeah... got to dig it out first though :) And how on earth do you calculate calories while using a slow cooker? Add everything you chock into it and divide in portions? By the way, this is very good, each receipe has a full colour photo - great.. hate trying something new when there is no photo of what it supposed to look…
