I've done levels 1 and 2, starting Level 3 tonight. In week 1 i had an initial gain which i think was mainly down to doing more strength exercise, just finished level 2 and the initial gain has come off with a few more pounds, i'm definitely starting to see changes even after 2 weeks, i am much stronger and my stomach…

I've been doing 5 days of each level, because then i feel ready to move on the next, did days 5 of level 2 yesterday, but i've heard Level 3 is a killer so looking forward to seeing what it's like tonight!

I'm doing Day 3 of Level 2 tonight, even though i worked really hard last night i'm not hurting at all today, i kind of miss the pain, it lets me know that i'm doing something!!

I haven't done shred, but i've just finished week 1 of ripped in 30 and it is a killer!!

I've done 5 days of Level 1 and even on day 5 it didn't seem any easier. Today is my rest day as i'm going out, but tomorrow i'm starting Level 2!!

I'm on day 5 of Level 1, still feeling a slight soreness, i hope it won't last the whole 30 days!!
