yes definitely fitness blender. They have free video's on youtube or you can pay(pretty cheap) for a program. It's a mixture of cardio and weight training. I love it.

I know what you mean, sad thing is I still hear some people our age talk the same way. I'm internally shaking my head while trying to keep up with what they are "trying" to say. I also agree 9 pm is a good bedtime. I will a take an in early night over a late night anytime.

I always used too stay away from anything low carb thinking I wouldn't like it as well. Recently have changed my mind on that. There are some really great low carb foods out there. hi emily I cannot count how many times i attempted to lose weight before i finally just did it. Just have faith in yourself that you can and will do it. i think its best to have smaller goals, you dont want to make any unrealistic goals. You would most likely get discouraged and make it even harder. Just have faith in yourself and work hard at it, you will get there. :-) feel free to add me
