Haha! I just travelled from Texas to Iowa and back this weekend and I'm up 3 lbs from Friday. Yes this!! I usually buy chicken and throw it in the crock pot on Sunday and use it throughout the week for different meals such as salads, quesadillas, stir fry, etc. It's a great way to extend a protein for multiple meals throughout the week.
