i go walking for my 15 minute breaks. it only burns like 70 cals but if i do that twice a day it adds up. if i need to log every single thing i put in my mouth then you better believe im logging every activity i do.

This!! So many overweight women use this term to describe themselves. I truthfully like to be called thick by a guy because it usually means fat @$$, nice thighs, hips. But at the same time its so wrongly used that sometimes im like :huh:

This EXACTLY! Yes, i have curves & i believe curves are beautiful. But i also have alot of friends who are naturally "sticks" with no boobs, butt, or curves. And are still BEAUTIFUL And the last time i checked...they were still women. "real women have curves" is a phrase people like to use to feel better about themselves.…
