There was a time i was going to subway after work for 3 weeks straight! i would get a tuna on wheat every single time...never gets old!! i agree with previous posters. Alot of people are uncomfortable to say anything until maybe then see a DRASTIC weight loss. One of my friends was losing weight & i knew he lost about 30 lbs but one day he came in wearing a new shirt & i could REALLY tell..So buy yourself a new top to celebrate your great loss! ;)
