As long as you manage to drink it - no! The only problem is you might become dehyrated. If you feel hungry or are getting headaches try not to leave such big gaps between drinking your water. I find if I drink too much at one time it makes me feel sick! Good Luck!

How far under your calorie intake are you? If it's quite a lot you will find it hard to lose the weight as your body will be clinging onto it for dear life as it will be wondering how long it will be before the next food fix.
