Not sure I should reply since I cheated, but only weighing once in 11 days in huge for me! I can see a hugh difference in my workout. I never thought I would be ready to move to level 2 in 30DS but I am almost there. changing it up was a great idea. Its nice to exercise because you want to and NOT because of what the scale…

For me the scale is a huge factor...if I get a "bad read" I eat bad the rest of the day and think "I will do better tomorrow". If I like what I see then I do very good...CRAZY I tell ya! Shouldnt it be the other way around!!!! I started 30DS 2 days ago. Today will be day 3. It's hard!! :frown: But I can not wait to measure…

It came!! My video came in the mail today....starting 30DS tomorrow. I am also giving the scales to my 9 year old son to hide from me, because I know I would cheat otherwise. He being a typical boy will not give it to me if I ask for it either so this works well for me. It seems crazy to be so nervous about this but I am.…
