I don't see any reason not to eat afterwards especially if you are not going directly to sleep. Your body continues to burn calories at a higher level for awhile afterwards and needs some fuel too.

Sudden changes in diet, especially an increase in fiber can bind you up. Try drinking some prune juice to help loosen things up a bit but don't over do it.

I do that LOL! Drives everybody nuts but I don't get a long tail of paper hanging off the roll when you pull and tear.:blushing:

Don't go only by the scale check your measurements. It can show better results, I'd rather see more lean muscle and smaller waist size than less weight. I lost only one pound but lost an inch and half in my waist and an inch from my hips!

My goals are to get back to my old eating habits (mostly fish fruits and veggies). Exercising every day for at least 10 mins leading up to 30 by end of month.
