So far I've had 2 glasses of soda last week and none this week. I had 1 tsp. sugar with each of my 3 hot green teas ( down from 2 heaping) No sugar with my red and berry zinger teas. Night sweats (they seem to be stopped after a year) fortunately they were'nt severe. Insomnia (getting better with less caffeine and meditation). That 2am wake up really stank. I thought the memory thing was just me being stupid, good to know I'm not alone in this one!

Eat mini meals every few hours and keep fruit and low fat cheese or nuts handy, this way you never feel empty. And yes insomnia was a problem for me too. I switched to herbal tea in late afternoon and started to meditate for 20 mins in the evening it seems to be helping.

Hi. I've been averaging a period about every 3 months, had night sweats most of last year but other than that not too bad so far. I have noticed a loss of muscle tone and the start of weight gain so hence, here I am. Figure the sooner I start exercising and watching what I eat the easier it will be.

I have always tried to eat mini meals every couple of hours because I worked a physically demanding job. This way I didn't get shaky and weak and didn't gorge later or eat alot of junk.

My goals are to log my food and exercise daily (today is my first day). To get healthy and toned. To (ugh) drink more water. And to use less (whimper) sugar in my tea and cut out (double whimper) soda. LOL!!!
