Yes I have done all of my measurements at the beginning of each month. I'm down 7 inches in my waist, 5 from each arm, 3 in each thigh and 8 in my chest. It was really easy...the cost was only $10. I had to sit in a chair and breathe normally through this tube for about 10-12 minutes. While doing this they had my nose clamped off so that I couldn't breathe through it, then when I was done the machine spit out the results. I'm not sure how in the world tha little machine did…

Ok I think I STILL calculated this wrong....I didn't add in the percentage of activity when figuring this....if I do it puts me at 1809.2. So if that is actually my BMR then I should net the 1800 after exercise?

I've had a hypothyroid for about 15 years now....it does make losing weight more of a struggle, but I have to tell you that the truly only thing that has worked is to do it "right." I know! I actually brought that to have on a sandwich for lunch today.
