Yeah like everyone eles is saying, dont be too hard on yourself, im sure we all slip up occasionally. I know all those sort of foods are tempting and leave you wanting more of it, trick is to consume the healthy wholesome foods then youll be back on track.

Yoghurt, fruit and vege obviously. Eggs. Nice to limit the amount of bananas per day, highest in carb out of the fruits you consume, but still yum... lol

Use a brick, provides good weight, I think thats why romans had such great physiques after all that labouring brick work. Anyways i came up with something called brickcercise.

Ive found that in my experience, eating huge amounts of refined carbs, esp flour based sugar foods... makes me more hungrier later on. Maybe just lowering the consumption of refined carbs, heavily processed foods and going all natural might make a difference to your hunger pangs.

Probably best to keep your sugar consumption at a minimum. That way youre not spiking that blood sugar with refined sugars and refined carbs.
