I wouldn't trust it because honestly how could your phone possibly know your heart rate. It has no sensors that could possibly pick your heart rate up so it's just guessing or coming up with numbers based on the movement the phone can feel. It has no way of knowing how fast or slow your heart is actually beating.

I only log water as water, I pretty much only drink skim milk other then that unless i'm out. When I'm out I either have something like sprite (stuff with out caffine) or tea and I try not to drink to much tea because I'm allergic to caffine. I watch my chocolate intake too because that also has caffine in it.
