For me its thinking i'm actually getting somewhere like looking smaller in the mirror feeling better in my skin and then to make a picture of myself to then see nothing has changed and i'm still huge...

when you can't see your feet anymore or the couch collapses..

I can do a recovery day maybe weekend but that's where it ends or ill fall back into my old habits...

im a big dr.pepper addict or was when I quit I got seriously sick because I didn't drink water or anything else just dr.pepper !!!

I don't know about running on a full stomach I do the 30 DS at 7 am shower and then have like 2 sandwiches with milk
