Hmmm, I'm certainly not as experienced as you two. But I had trouble with running everyday, much less twice a day. I always felt my legs were "ripped up" and were never any good the next day. I started taking a one day break between runs to either rest or XT and found myself finally improving. I guess it's all what your…

You've peaked my curiosity, what meds are you taking that are that high in calories? Whatever calories they may be, they certainly aren't nutritious or anything much more that "fillers"?
-
Too bad they don't give you a recipe! Anyone know a good raspberry salsa recipe?

Not sure who the question was directed at, but I'll take a shot at an answer. It's taken me almost 2 years to lose 90 pounds. I like to call it, "doing it the slow-fashioned way". If you are doing it right, it takes time. If you fall off the wagon every once in a while, it takes longer. All I can say is be patient and keep…

First...don't panic!!! Most likely it's just water weight. Second...get back on the wagon! I fall off all the time. Sometimes I fall off for a whole weekend! But I keep getting back up and start over. That's all you can do, forgive yourself...you probably deserved a break! Then get back up and keep going. Tomorrow is…

I fourth that!!

You can use the swiss laughing cow in place of regular swiss for a low cal version of chicken cordon bleu as well. Just as tasty as the real thing!!!

Everyone here I think is correct with water weight. I've learned along the way that 1 pound will not kill me. Push fluids and keep going. With me, it's always either Mexican or Chinese that gets me and if it's just one pound and not 2 or 3 the next day, I'm lucky...hehee! Keep going and be proud of what you've done so far!…

Just started training a couple months ago myself. Not really for a marathon yet, just to run. Up to 5 miles every other day. So almost a 10k. Really don't know what I'm doing yet, just doing it. When people tell you to get a good pair of socks and shoes, they aren't kidding! Good luck, and I guess I'll look into that…

I'm there with you. Got to 193 and hit a wall. Tracking my meals and working out consistantly but no weight loss for a month. Then fell off the wagon for almost 2 weeks. Having trouble staying motiviated. I have to keep telling myself that if I stick with it, I will eventually get there. Sticking with it though, is so hard…

Ok, after all this discussion yesterday, I super hydrated all day and went for a run outside anyway yesterday afternoon. I lived...

First, I congratulate you on being a survivor...that's such a blessing! Secondly, sounds like most of the posts have already covered the basics on what you may try to help you out. The obvious thing to me from a medical point is the dangers of Phentermine, specifically with diagnosed hypertension...basically it's…
