Cholesterol crystals destroyed my gall bladder & I had it removed when I was 21. I also had a heart attack in my late 30's, so I'm sure it's all connected.

I've been doing keto for 2 weeks. down 11 lbs. so far. I was also concerned about the carbs initially, but I get them from vegetables. 20 carbs a day to me is a goal, not a requirement. I've been making cauflower crust pizza for about a year. I do a Mexican version & a philly cheese steak version. My kids & friends love both. It has become a weekend tradition in my home. About to make one now!
