5'8", 163 give or take a few. I have several pair of size 10 & 12 Jeans from New York & Co. that all fit but I can fit into size 8 dresses now, so may try on some 8s soon.

EIGHT! And I just bought my first size 8 dress 2 weeks ago (see profile pic). Most of my clothes in my closet are 10s & 12s and the latter are way too big. I was as high as an 18 a few years back. I'm 5'8" so I will look too thin if I go down to a 6 or lower.

I drink 3-4 cups of tea per day. I have these huge mugs where I get @16 oz. of tea made in them. I drink one Caffeinated Lipton Black Tea with @10 drops of English Toffee flavored Stevia. I have it and love it. It really kicks my butt and I go to bootcamp too, so that should tell you something. She really works on the areas us ladies need most. I also have 30 day shred, which I had first and I like No More Trouble zones so much better

I agree with the previous poster. Customize your calories and set your day up the way your BIL suggested. Probably BK, Snack, Lunch, Snack, Dinner, After Dinner.

I recieved the Garmin 405CX last Christmas after much research and LOVE it. But I'm sure you could get along with a much simpler model. Now I know the distances of each of my regular routes, I still wear it, but don't really need it. Always great for race days though!

Hi Dede. I'm 5'8" and weighed 210 at my heaviest. I fluxuate between 172-177 now but i'd really like to be 155-159. I did get down to 166 while training for a race, but that weight was short lived. Feel free to friend me.

I do use a HRM, but use the "Circuit Training" category in the Exercise section. It gets pretty close to my burn, and then I end up changing the calories to what my HRM said.
