Yup, my gamer mind thought the same exact thing at first....I was like 'What does having the old school Nintendo have to do with it?" Queen, you are doing great! It takes time, we didn't gain the weight overnight & it sure won't come off overnight either. Keep working hard to best of your abilities & it will pay off!

Sure. Slimfast, Atikins, 6 Week Body Makeover & WW. Never fell in for the pills though & the Slimfast lasted a short time as the drinks were too chalky for me (this was at least 20 years ago) I had lost 30 lbs with the 6 Week one & an additional 30 with WW that same year (2006), but I plateued & gained it all back.
