I am also starting week 2 today. Eeek I'm scared! I lost my dvd remote so I have to watch all 36 mins of week 1 before moving onto week 2. Grrrrr.

When are you guys switching to week 2? My plan was to take sundays off (I slacekd a little on week 1) and workout 6 days (totalling 1 week) then switching, so I'd start week 2 tomorrow. Is that what y'all are doing too?

Day 3: I can see a difference in my legs. All that soreness is paying off ALREADY! I went from 5 lb weights to 10 and when it came down to the 3rd circuit I downgraded to 7.5. I need to work on my cardio - I have to stop half way through her cardio circuits. Running man slays me. And when I do butt kicks after all those…

I missed 2 1/2 days of workouts but back at it again today. And guess what?! I was able to do ALL OF THE PUSHUPS INSTEAD OF HALF! Modified, but still an improvement. I did it! Day 1 complete! I feel like jello. I feel floppy and uncoordinated. When she had us do the football shuffle thing, I just felt like I was flopping around. I can't wait to see some results: less giggle, and feeling more control! Screw those squated fly thingies... Ugh! I did about 90% of it!

My goal is not so much weight loss (the # on the scale) as much as it is burning fat and gaining muscle. I want to be strong, not weak. I want to do REAL pushups. I'll have to post some measurements later. What measurements should I be taking? I've never measured myself before...

I plan to rest on Sunday. Saturday if I need it. I'm TERRIFIED, lol. I did 1 workout last week and couldn't move for like 5 days. It was ridiculous. I'm taking bromelain to hopefully help w/the inflammation. I'm pretty out of shape and her workout really kicked my *kitten*.

I wake up, pee, get naked, weigh myself then shower :) I see a couple pounds difference from the evenings. Usually about a 3 lb difference. I like positive results, so I weigh in the mornings!

I made a raspberry or blueberry glaze that can also be used on salad. Delicious on fish as well! 1 part preserves to 1 part vinegar. Yum! I can't wait to pick the blackberries by my house! Almost ripe!
