I was hoping to join for Team Trimstones. My job is sedentary, but I like to run so my totals are a little erratic. Here are the numbers from Garmin connect so far: Dec 1- 4,313 Dec 2- 7,656 Dec 3- 12,767 Dec 4- 3,231 Dec 5- 5,097 Dec 6- 11,935 Dec 7- 5,584 Dec 8- 17,346 (so far)

A bunch of us have lost less and gained it all back. You're still 71 pounds to the good, and getting back on track. I think that's a success. Keep up the hard work!

Awesome, was there wine involved? I keep running, but haven't been updating here now that I'm not training for an event.

Nice. I've been doing pretty good too. Since July 22 I've ran 3.4, 5.6, 10.5 3.7 and 3.7 miles. I'm off my half marathon training so I'm kind of just doing around 3 miles during the week and a good long run on the weekend. It doesn't look like I'm going to fit in the Half Marathon race I had my eye on.

5.5 miles today. It was 84 and sunny and I wilted out there. Thought that would give @Just_Ceci a chuckle. 8)

I did my usual three mile run yesterday and bumped up to around 7 for my run today. I'm trying to add in a little extra to make up for missing my long run this past weekend.

I managed to get my three weekly runs in while in California for work this past week. Now I need to fit in my long slow run tomorrow.

I ran 11.5 miles today. I think that's my longest run yet. It was a beautiful morning run.

I did W9D2 of HHHM2 today (5 miles). I was hoping to get in a 10k race this weekend, but it doesn't look good with family obligations. Getting hotter out there now for us in Wisconsin. I'm guessing that's old hat for Just_Ceci.

Knocked out a 10 mile run today along Lake Superior in Marquette MI. A very nice run.

I got up and c ran the three days of week 8 in porterville ca this week. Had to head to michigan to visit my dad in the hospital, so I need to do my long slow run tomorrow. It's scheduled for ten miles.

Since my last post I did two workouts in week 6, then had to skip two because I was doing some fairly demanding physical work. This week I've got the first two runs of week 7 done.

My long slow run was petty slow. 8 miles but four stops. Three for water and one for a hill. On to week 6.

I did HHHM2 W5D2 Wednesday and W5D3 today. Getting close to half way there.

Knocked out my HHHM2 W5D1 today. I'll be running a half marathon before I know it.

Finished my HHHM2 W4D4 today. It was a very nice run.

HHHM2 W4D3 is in the books. Long slow run this weekend. I think it bumps up to 7 miles this week.
