I found the transition a little harder, but much more enjoyable! To see other runners, getting the fresh air, change of scenery, way better outside! Also, I find my legs are burning more, I feel so much better after running outside! Good luck, take it slow:flowerforyou:

I used to get at 5am to go to the gym, and I loved it! I was energized all day! Now I workout at home, and workout in the evenings. By looking at your diary, you may need to eat more. You should be eating back your exercise calories or half of them anyways. Maybe try changing your workout routine. It does take time! Did you get your measurements when you first started? And measured since then? You may not see the numbers going down on the scale, but…

I know what you mean by the tiredness, I am new to running, but I was finding that first 5 to 10 minutes of running my legs were so tired and didn't want to move! So, I started increasing my warm up walk to 7 minutes, then doing some leg swings and stretches for a couple of minutes and back on the treadmill and everything…

It's a great program! I am on Week 8 Day 2, I never thought I'd be where I'm at! Take it slow...you will notice differences almost every run you do!
