Take vitamin C and a drink of water when you get that craving! I quit 4 yrs ago, laser therapy. Did Day 1 last night, I kind of struggled a bit in the first 5 minutes, then I found my groove! :bigsmile: The last 5 minutes were great, I seem to feel better then and feel like I can go a bit longer! Looking forward to Day 2 and 3:bigsmile:

Just track your calories for now, until you get that under control. It can be very confusing! Then as you get used to tracking calories, you can add sodium to your diary, and so on. One step at a time! Good luck to you!

Repeating W6D2...did it two days ago, I had to stop at 8 min on the second 10 min run:cry: just wasn't feeling it, couldn't get my breathing right. Took a break for a couple of days, rested my legs, now I'm ready to get back at it:bigsmile:
