Had a pretty good weekend in terms of eating :) Me: 19 Binge: 1 (1-6)

Since I'm fairly certain I won't binge the rest of the day, I'm gonna go ahead and log today as a "success" for me. I do great on the weekdays and am still working on eating better on weekends. I have one more month till my 30th bday and have two lbs to lose to get to my ultimate goal. I will FINALLY reach it!!! I just…

I'm telling myself that I WILL not binge anymore because I want to end December with a better score for me than I have since starting these challenges!! Me: 23 Binge: 3 (12/16, 12/24, 12/25)

I'm proud of you for getting back on track too! I'm notorious for binging this whole last week and then having to lose the weight I gained, BUT like you, I got back on track yesterday and am so glad I did. I felt terrible on Monday and Tuesday after eating the way I did. With just one day of eating healthier, I feel better…

The holidays always get me. I feel so bloated and yucky! On the bright side, I got to spend Christmas Eve and Christmas Day with my wonderful family, and for that, I am grateful. Well, I guess I better get back to eating right........ Me: 22 Binge: 3 (12/16, 12/24, 12/25)

I changed to maintenance so I can enjoy the holidays a little more and hopefully not binge. I wish you all a very Merry Christmas! Me: 22 Binge: 1(12-16)

So, I ended the day defeating the binge!! I had to eat a small meal at dinner since I ate so much at the beginning of the day. I finally grabbed all the goodies co-workers gave as gifts and handed it all to the bf instead of leaving it at my desk. I know that'll help a little while I'm at work. I plan and will force myself…

I can feel my strength slipping away. The holidays are so tough and I just want to eat everything! I've already eaten too much at work this morning. I've got to stop before I lose to the binge........... I'm also having a tough time making myself exercise so close to the holidays. Anyone else having that prob? I keep…

The weekends are so tough for me. I did ok Saturday night at my sis' graduation party with all the food available, but Sunday was another story. I've noticed a little pattern forming. I work so hard to keep from binging on a certain day and usually succeed on that day, but sometimes the next day becomes the binge day. If…

Doing better than I have in the past 3 months.....btw this makes 17 binge free days in a row! Me: 12 Binge: 0

:flowerforyou: Agreed^^. You don't need anybody who doesn't understand what you're going through to be judging your diary. Stay strong! :flowerforyou:

Well, today was the dreaded "decorate for Christmas lunch party." The purpose was to use that time to decorate our dept. and our supervisor would feed us. This particular food has triggered many binges before and I was determined to stay away from it this time. After helping put up the tree and decorate it, I left work…

I can't say I ate great this weekend since I was out of town, BUT not once did I get into that binge mindset (the one where I cannot focus on anything other than eating and then I just eat and eat till I feel like I will explode). I even went to a bakery and shared dessert with the bf (not saying I consider one dessert as…

I'm out of town and being away from home seems to trigger binges for me, but I'm fighting back this time. Me: 6 Binge: 0

Arrrgggghhhh! December challenge just started and has been so tough on me already. There are so many sweets and junk available this month. I've been going over my cals this week but have stopped myself before I get into full blown binge mode. It doesn't help that I hurt my back last Monday so am taking a few days off from…

Don't be so hard on yourself. The reason we are doing these challenges is to figure out what are causing our binges and how we can try to stop them. We are not always gonna succeed, unfortunately, but we can take these failures and learn from them. Today is a new day.....

Wow, I thought I was the only one who used to have planned binges! I don't do that anymore because I would find that when I planned it for one day, my binges would almost always carry on the next day or day after. Every since I stopped those "planned" binges, the number of my binges (which are hardly ever planned now) have…

Way to go! Doesn't if feel awesome when you see the trigger and yet DO NOT have one bite? You can continue this success!

Yes, the scale has triggered binges for me. It seems that if I see a weight loss, the binge monster yells at me, "go ahead; you can eat since you've lost weight. You'll lose it again..." That's how the cycle of losing and gaining the same few lbs has occured for me. Instead of weighing everyday or weighing every other day,…

Yesterday was a close one. I just seemed to be hungry all day. Maybe it wasn't real hunger; I really don't know. On top of that, we've started getting all those Christmas goodies delivered to our dept. at work. Of course, I felt the need to try a couple of those goodies. :grumble: Because of my workout, I did not go over…

Hope everyone had a nice weekend! I'm so excited to be able to start this month off binge free. I want to do better this month than I have been doing the past 2 months. It's good to see new faces too. Me: 2 Binge: 0

That's great! Planning my meals have helped me too. Of course, sometimes those meals don't go as planned, but once I've estimated the number of cals to consume, I try not to deviate too much from that amt.
-
AWWWW thank you guys! I will see ya'll in the Dec Challenge.....

You can end this month binge-free! We all believe in you.... Have a great work-out later :)

Wow! You have done FANTASTIC this month. We can make the last day of this month Binge-FREE!
