Well, today is the last day of October. I continue to do the same (not any worse; not any better) as far as my scores, but I do believe my binges are not as bad as they used to be. Well, I'm going out of town for fun tomorrow and am already getting into (but trying hard to fight against) that binge mindset. I'm gonna go ahead and increase my cals for the weekend to maintenance so I won't feel so restricted. I hope it helps! I'll be back on to post how I do when I get back and hopefully all the points…

Had a good week/weekend :). I only worked out 4 days last week but still did well when it came to eating. I even baked cookies but only ate 4, (2 Sat and 2 Sunday). As long as it fits within my macros, right? As of Oct. 22, Me: 20 Binge: 2 (10/6&10/7)

I know what you mean. I can do great for a little while, but then it hits! It happens; we're human and not perfect (this is what I tell myself when I feel terrible about my binges). Now brush it off, and let's get back on track :)

Oh, the scale does that to me after a binge. It may be due to high consumption of salt that resulted in temporary weight gain as it caused your body to retain water. Therefore, try drinking lots of water to flush it out. I've learned to weigh myself ONCE a week and not after a binge. Give yourself a few days and try again.…

As of Sept. 24, Me: 20 Binge: 3 I, too, notice that logging my binges have helped. I used to refuse to log my binges because I didn't want to see the damage I'd done. Ever since I've started logging everything, my binges have not been as bad as they used to.

Well, I had a Oreo Blizzard Saturday and it went downhill from there :/. I probably had more than 3000 cals that day. BUT if I can finish this month with no more binges, then I did better than last month Me: 24 Binge: 2 (8/4 and 8/25)

Well, here comes the weekend! I am working out an extra day this week so I SHOULD be ok. I don't want to make myself feel too restricted when it comes to food anymore, so I'm working out harder or extra so I can take in a few more cals on the weekends. So far it's been working..........
