Mine is an anagram for my real name. I got it from playing around with anagram.com. Ironically, I'm not much of a drinker, especially now that I work out 4 days a week. Hopefully, no one thinks I'm a troll either, but I do like driving over bridges.

Did you know diarrhea is hereditary? It runs in your jeans. I had to wait until my son took 4th grade science to tell him that one.

This is my favorite so far. From Rocky, "Why do cows wear bells?" "Cause their horns don't work" How do you stop a rhino from charging? Take away it's credit cards.

Log your food at the beginning of the day and look up good food options before going out to eat. Failing to plan is planning to fail.

Never burn your bridges. It may give you a brief moment of satisfaction, but it really doesn't harm the company in any way. Plus, they can hurt your future job prospects.

No picture. Probably an evil double agent.

I've never tried chitlins, but I have had neckbones, oxtails, pigs feet and pig ears.

Got it. Thanks for sharing!

Yes, I would like all three. Have you seen this thread? http://community.myfitnesspal.com/en/discussion/comment/31558847#Comment_31558847 This is another pretty nice Excel tool.

OP, is that screenshot an Excel file? Is there a way to get a copy of it? IronMiss, I'm the opposite of you and a bit jealous. I've made nice progress on squats but bench feels stuck in neutral.

Way to go!

It depends on your goal. People trying to build muscle should consume whey protein and fast acting carbs within 45 minutes of completing a workout.

I have a Flex and I also work in an office. I like that the Fitbit tells me how little I sleep. I average just over 6 hours.

Thank you for the link to examine.com

I've been up and down the roller coaster many times. One of my low points was seeing a picture of myself playing softball. My gut looked pretty bad and I was running in the picture. Over a year ago, I decided to go with a slow weight loss pace, be consistent on MFP and workout regularly doing what I liked. One of my NSV's…

I've never used steroids, but as a fan of bodybuilding I've learned a lot about them. I joined my first gym in 1983. After a year of working out, everyone I knew who was as big as me or bigger was on something. Most people think of bodybuilders and other athletes as being the biggest consumers of steroids. The truth is…

I flex my arms in the bathroom at work if no one's in there.

I'll buy you a beer and take the wing man spot.

Judging by the pictures on this post, you folks are succeeding with bringing your sexy back.

I can relate to the slow and steady weight loss and my diary is also open. Sending a friend request.

Granny Smith apples. Hamburgers, yes or no?

I eat my exercise calories because my level of calories burned varies. I have hard workout days and I have rest days. I agree with the second poster. If you're netting less than 1200, you may be in starvation mode. Also, I've had plateaus that lasted about a month.

Put down the tv remote and get moving! If you have a stroller and decent weather, your baby would love a walk around the neighborhood.

Looking forward to downloading the latest version when I get home tonight. Awesome work!

This might appeal to you. http://community.myfitnesspal.com/en/discussion/comment/31273175#Comment_31273175 I'm fairly obsessive with this app, but I think we have to be to be healthy. I eat the same breakfast and lunch every day to simplify my logging a bit. I got overly obsessive with quicken and had to dial it back a…

I got a Flex last September. I like it.

I'm pretty meticulous about potassium if you want to check my diary. Feel free to add me as a friend also. I have to disagree with williams969. It's important to consume more potassium than sodium to keep your blood pressure in check. Doctors will just wait to see your blood pressure is too high and prescribe medication.

Great job! I especially like lessons 6, 7 and 8.

Hi Mary. You can do this! Like Sean said, log everything. Then you can add or subtract calories to get to your goal.
