Hi guys. Sorry I haven't been around. I'm lucky if I get 4 hours of sleep a night. Thank god I'm flying home tomorrow. I got in 30 min of exercise Monday. Haven't found time for more working this much. Ate McDonald's for breakfast. Just failing all around this week.

I needed the no fast food challenge this week, lol. I cooked 1 meal this week. It was bad. I'm traveling for work starting tomorrow morning so whatever the challenge is, it will be difficult for me to follow. What ever works best for everyone is fine with me.

I can't count the number of times I've thought that. Having an accountability thread where I've posted my weight and progress on challenges is one of the biggest motivators to keeping me on track in the last 5 months.

I'll agree that you shouldn't eliminate any foods and that moderation is key, but.... who has the willpower to buy something bad for you and only eat a little bit? I miss restaurant dessert. I know I would be satisfied with just a taste, so I wish they served tiny portions. I can not have food sitting in front of me…
