We all feel your pain! I've lost a total of about 30 so far and things are finally just starting to get loose! Also, I think that when I started my jeans were so tight it took about 20 pounds just to get them to were they fit normally. Hang in there. It will happen.

Go to the Bell Plantation web site and check to see if there are any outlets in your area. I found one in our area at a Gastric Bypass surgeons office. They have a little retail store. No shipping! PB2 is AWESOME! I also need that chocolate peanut butter fix from time to time and I make it with Jello FF/SF Chocolate…

I make what my kids call "Fiesta Salad" - 2 semi firm but ripe avacados diced - 1 can of black beans rinsed and drained - 1 c frozen corn - 2 diced roma tomatoes - 2 tsp lime juice - McCormick Guacamole seasoning. Mix it up and let it meld for an hour or so. Really good on Taco Salad.

PB2 is awesome! - The chocolate kind is good too!

My sleep efficiency is usually around 98%. I'm a really deep sleeper and I actually think that it measures movement rather than sleep. I know it says that I usually fall asleep within 6 minutes and I know that I'm awake longer than that, I'm just really still. We have a king size Select Comfort bed and it's so comfy that I…

Be proud of the weight you've lost! It will start to show in time. I'm 6' and have lost about 30 total. It's finally just starting to show. I'll probably have to lose close to 40 before anyone else can even see it. I know it's discouraging but hang in there. It will happen!

My recumbent bike really helped me make my legs stronger without the pain in my knees.

I'm also 6' tall and currently have 261 posted (I'm currently not weighing myself until 3/21 - my 2 month MFP anniversary). I'm 48 years old have yo-yo'd my entire life. This has been my highest weight so far. When I turned 30, I weighed in at 155. It about killed me to keep that weight. Now, after two kids, I have hit a…

I've been using a Fitbit for about a month now. I love it! I find myself going up and down stairs more often just to receive the badge for the day! You now track your exercise through Fitbit and it transfers them over to MFP.

I use it on a flat out wrap instead of mayo/cheese. Add some turkey, romaine and pickles and you have a yummy wrap!

We use Flat Outs. The Italian ones 110 calories make a pretty good crust and my kids like to "decorate" their own.

I know that they're high in sugar, but Fiber One Oats & Choc Chips really help with the sweet tooth. I also really like Skinny Cow ice cream sandwiches. Cold hurts my teeth, so I have to eat them really slow.

I love 1/2 c egg beaters made omelet style with some ff cheese on a flat out - burrito style! I've also added mushrooms, onions and even salsa if you can handle that on eggs. Very filling. Also oatmeal with 3/4 c blueberries is really good and filling too.

I'm 6' and my husband is 6'3. I'm from Grand Rapids too - and about as Dutch as you can get! I'm actually the shortest one in my family. I have a 12 year old boy who is about 5'10". Sorry girls . . . too young to date!

Just bought some PB2. It's a peanut powder that has all the oil squeezed out of it. Only 45 calories for 2 Tbs. Also has 5 grams of protein. Put some in a banana smoothie and it was really good tasting but a little grainy. Would love some good recipes for it!

I'm in the same boat! At 6' it takes a long time before anyone will notice. I've lost a total of 20 now, and it will probably be another 20 before I can get a smaller size of jeans out of my closet. Just our fate. Hang in there and love being tall!

I put weight on so evenly that I have to lose 20# just to be able to put my jeans in the drier! I always laugh at the commercials that say "lose 3 dress sizes in just 2 weeks". Do they realize that is, like 60 pounds??
