  • If 12g protein is correct I don't think I would survive. I would feel hungry all the time. when I am home I do Herbalife at 20g protein and even then I have a hard time making it to my next meal sometimes. Extra food when I get hungry is not an option at my job so I have to stick with just eating at meal times.

  • I've done this. But the worst part of it was frying up 2 half pound burgers in the grease along with mushrooms and onions. I never let that grease go to waste.

  • +1 for the Weight Watchers digital scale. Only time I ever had a problem with it was when it got on uneven ground. Somehow I didn't believe it when it said I lost 9 lbs over the weekend.
  • The Wife has been doing it for 2 weeks now and is down 3lbs and 1 inch in the waist. I've joined her in it a few times and I can say it will deliver as long as you do it daily and push yourself for the 20 minutes she asks for. I do a high impact arobics class 4 times a week for an hour and Jillian can still kick my butt.
