i don't eat regular spaghetti anymore! I use spaghetti squash, so much tastier!! And only 45 calories for a cup! i make spaghetti and meatballs with it, and its a hit at my house!!

i used to use sparkpeople. I really liked it, until it all became about doing little thing to earn spark points... instead of getting out and doing stuff. i dunno. i've had a few friends who have switched from spark to here too, becuase this site is much better.

LOVE the site!!! Grew up near Mount Rainier (Tacoma, Puyallup, spanaway) and used to work near the park entrance! miss the hiking there a lot. Haven't been adventurous enough yet here in Everett to find good hikes!!! I'll be heading down to the mountain in september though for a weekend hike with my girlfriends! FUN STUFF!!

when i first joined, I just logged what I ate normally, and didn't make any changes... after 2 weeks, i wanted to cry, it was HORRENDOUS!!! I started changing things right then!!! now, logging makes me happy, especially when i see Green all along the bottom of my nutrition page! :)
