I started with Turbo Jam. Successfully finished Insanity. I also am on week 5 on TurboFire, after I will be doing ChaLEAN Extreme. And I have several other products. Hip Hop Abs is amazing. I also ordered Brazil Butt Lift, and Rockin' Body.

It might be sodium content you are eating. Lowering it to 800 will not help you lose weight. Choose healthier options. Sandwiches, salads, fruits, veggies. Limit mac n cheese.

I had lost urm 100+ from 436-247 but when I met my current hubby..I just stopped working out & completely lost all trakc of eating habits...went up to 300 lbs again. AND then i joined this site..I have lost another 115 lbs. :) MFP is my suggestion. It's helped me keep in track of my eating habits, and also the support here…
