I haven't shredded since 6/20. My knee is still hurting, some days more than others. I'm sorry to say but I must bow out of this challenge. My knee just can't take it and it's not worth not being able to walk. Keep going everyone! Great job to ladies who finished so far!!!

Mon. 7/4: 21 minutes c25k wk4 Tues: 7/5 15 minutes walking.....did the c25k yesterday and my knee is hurting again! Wed. 7/6: resting the knee! Thurs. 7/7: Fri: 7/8: Sat. 7/9: Sun. 7/10: My knee is still hurting and I haven't exercised since Tuesday! Not making it this week. Really hope I can get going again soon!
